Legalis Compliance Ltd

Visheigen contributes extensive expertise and leadership to Legalis Compliance Solutions Ltd in this role as Managing Director. Visheigen read law at City, University of London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales and subsequently, to the Mauritian bar. He is an ardent barrister-at-law and has since regularly appeared before the different jurisdictions of Courts of the Republic of Mauritius. 

Prior to joining Legalis Compliance Solutions Ltd, Visheigen worked at a top-tier law firm and has gained extensive knowledge of the financial services regulatory framework of Mauritius. 

Visheigen’s practice focuses mainly on assessing, drafting, and implementing policies, procedures and controls that not only meet regulatory requirements, but which also aligns with strategic business objectives.
